Why We Use It
We use this data to deliver bot features, keep timers and payouts accurate, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and improve reliability for servers that install Burtland.
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell personal data, run advertising profiles, or read private Discord messages that are unrelated to bot commands and configured bot workflows.
Sharing And Services
Burtland uses Discord services and hosting providers to operate. Data may be processed by those providers only as needed to run the bot, respond to abuse, or comply with valid legal requirements.
Retention
We keep configuration and gameplay records while they are useful to your server. Logs and temporary diagnostics may be rotated or deleted as part of normal maintenance.
Your Choices
You can stop new collection by removing Burtland from your server. For deletion or access requests, contact us with the Discord server or user details needed to locate the data.
