Using Burtland

By adding Burtland to a Discord server or using its commands, you agree to use it responsibly and in line with Discord's Terms of Service, community rules, and applicable law.

Server Responsibility

Server owners and moderators are responsible for how Burtland is configured, who can use commands, and whether bot output is appropriate for their community.

Fair Use

Do not abuse, spam, exploit, reverse engineer, overload, or intentionally disrupt Burtland or the services it depends on.

Availability

Burtland is provided as available. Features may change, break, be limited, or be removed as the bot evolves or as Discord changes its platform.

Data And Privacy

Bot functionality depends on stored server configuration, character records, timers, loot logs, payout records, and command activity. The Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

Enforcement

We may restrict access, disable features, or remove Burtland from servers that misuse the bot, violate these terms, or create operational or security risks.
